Overseeing customer experience, new product strategy, business development, corporate brand identity, corporate partnerships, and general operations, Srini takes pride in the contribution that the company's products make to the discovery of new cures through the work done at sites across the United States and in India.

Tony O'Hare, Ph D.

Co-Founder, Vice President of Engineering, & Chief Collaboration Officer

As key architect for the collaborative development process that makes Forte's systems so powerful and flexible, Tony provides overall technical direction for innovations in both the OnCore and Allegro product families and directly oversees the company's collaborative initiatives. Working with world-class research institutions and sites, Tony enjoys the daily challenge to provide better tools that support excellence in clinical research operations.

Kevin McPherson

Chief Financial Officer

After spending seven years as CFO at a Madison-based venture capital firm, Kevin is enthusiastic about his return to a high-growth operating company. Kevin oversees finances, accounting, investor relations and human resources at Forte Research Systems. With prior CFO experience at venture capital, Internet, software, and biotechnology companies, Kevin enjoys working to build the infrastructure required to support ongoing and future growth.

Shamiq Hussain

Director of Operations, Forte Research Systems India, Pvt. Ltd.

Shamiq has over 20 years of diverse experience across the clinical research and pharmaceutical industries in India. Shamiq's past experience includes setting-up, organizing, and operating a new clinical research business as well as a clinical research-related professional organization in India. He has also managed business development initiatives for clinical research organizations and been part of the training and sales & marketing operations of a multinational pharmaceutical organization. The variety of roles that Shamiq has performed during his career have helped shape him into a discerning and perspicacious professional. Shamiq is responsible for the setup, growth and ongoing operations of Forte Research Systems' first international office located in Bangalore, India.

Jason Adams

Director, Partnerships

Jason spearheads the company's ongoing efforts to build strong partnerships with other technology providers and professional services organizations with the goal of building a network of resources for Forte and Forte's customers. These partnerships help foster a well-informed consultant community, eliminate data silos, and open communication between systems in order to improve clinical research operations across the industry. With the knowledge that domain expertise is not easily acquired, Jason seeks out business partners who bring complementary technologies and services to the OnCore and Allegro product families, and who are motivated to share their expertise for the promotion of excellence in clinical research operations around the world.

Colleen M. Krattiger

Director, Project Management Office

Colleen and her team oversee the process for all new OnCore implementations and assist centers with ongoing functional adoption and roll-out to user groups. Gaining an in-depth understanding of user needs through these interactions, Project Managers provide input into OnCore and Allegro development. The Project Management Office also assists in testing, documentation, training, managing internal projects, defining policies and procedures, and meeting company goals.

Kerri L. Phillips

Director, Customer Experience Services

Kerri and her team facilitates customer community interactions both among the membership and with Forte Research Systems. Community activities include semi-annual Onsemble conferences, collaborative initiative workshops, newsletters, ListServs, RSS feeds, and the Onsemble.net website. Kerri is also responsible for corporate brand development and outreach.

Gopi Potnuru

Director, Software Development

Gopi is responsible for guiding the evolution of the OnCore and Allegro Product lines. Balancing and prioritizing the steady stream of enhancement suggestions and product development opportunities, Gopi synthesizes the strategy for ongoing product development and coordinates the team activities that go into this effort. Gopi is also an active participant in several of the company's collaborative initiatives.

Cindy Tracy

Director, Finance & HR

Cindy is responsible for planning, directing and controlling financial and human resource functions for the company. She also is responsible for corporate contracting and board and investor communications.

James Wurdeman

Director, Customer Support Services

James and his team are responsible for the customer support and training activities at Forte. The key attribute for this team is that they are all truly Product Experts. Leveraging their deep understanding of the products, members of this team also contribute to the Business Development goals of the company by providing product demonstrations and by acting as a knowledgebase for potential new customers. Overall, this team ensures that all customers are getting the best possible day-to-day experience with Forte and its products.

Laura Youngquist

Director, Allegro Product Management

Laura guides the business analysis and product development of the Allegro product line and other services that target the commercial clinical research sector comprised of investigator sites, clinical research networks, contract research organizations, and bio-pharma. Additionally, Laura facilitates the smooth interactions and processes around quality assurance, contracting, customer collaborations, vendor relations, marketing, and business development required to ensure best possible solutions throughout the Allegro product family.

Chad Adams

Manager, Quality Assurance & Compliance Services

Chad guides the quality assurance efforts for the OnCore and Allegro suites of products. His scope includes product quality control, product compliance to federally regulated mandates, and development domain expertise for Forte Research Systems products.

Jason Jaszewski

Manager, Systems Administration & Infrastructure Services

Jason manages the Systems Administration and Infrastructure Services Team. This team's primary responsibilities include planning, deploying, and supporting OnCore environments and maintaining network and systems infrastructure at Forte. With many years of collective technical expertise and experience, the Systems Administration and Infrastructure Services team is committed to providing the best possible support by working closely with customers and fellow team members.
